New distance selling rules coming into practice on June 13th 2014. Please read carefully.
If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me by email using the contact details in the ‘seller information box’ or ‘contact me’ button on the listing within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return.
Returns must be made within 14 days of notifying me of your intent to return.
You must include your name, address, the name or a description of the goods and your order reference number, when contacting me to arrange a return/refund. The item must be unworn and unused and in its original packaging when returned. You must return all contents of the original parcel including documentation and gifts that were part of the transaction.
Upon receipt of item you will receive a full refund of the item costs, I am only obliged to refund STANDARD shipping costs, any alternative shipping that you have chosen to pay for eg insured and tracked postage, WILL NOT be refunded.
Return postage costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or not as described. I will refund any monies owed upon receipt of the item via the same method to which the original payment was received. Should the item be deemed to be have been used or missing any of the original contents of the parcel I reserve the right to refuse a refund or to lower the value of the refund.
Digital downloads are not included in the refund policy.
